**Return and Refund Policy for Posh Pleasures Boutique**
**Intimate Apparel:**
- We understand the sensitivity of intimate apparel. To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel unless the item is damaged.
- Customers are required to notify us of any damages within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Damaged items will be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
**Other Products:**
- For all other products, customers can initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition for a return to be accepted.
- Returns for other products are eligible for either a store credit or a refund.
**Refund Process:**
- Please note that the refund amount will not include any shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase.
- We will cover shipping if we are at fault for mistakes or damaged goods.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item.

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.
Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday night and Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.
Shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. For orders less than $75, shipping is $8.99.
These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within these timeframes - especially during holidays. (Example: if Thanksgiving is Thursday, any orders placed Wednesday night / Thursday will not be shipped until Friday or Monday.)
